The TMB – Tour du Mont Blanc – is one of the most famous long-distance hiking routes in Europe.
The trail circles the entire Mont Blanc massif and passes through three countries: France, Italy, and Switzerland. Covering over 170 km, it leads you around one of the most iconic mountain ranges in the world, with breathtaking views of glaciers, high alpine passes, deep valleys, and traditional mountain villages.
We made it in 8 days, ~210 km!

Autumn kayaking expedition: three countries and the Baltic Sea
- Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania
- 13 days, 310 km
- The Baltic countries may look similar, but their rivers tell different stories.

1400 km around Lithuania
5 days with only 5 hours of sleep. Amazing organizers and participants, a fun experience, so much learned and discovered. Thank you to everyone who supported me! Personal record – 800 km almost without sleep in a single stretch.

Solo Across Morocco
This journey wasn’t just about ~2300 km from Germany through Spain, Gibraltar, Tarifa, to North Africa. It was a promise to myself – after last year’s events, to prove that I could do it. I could be strong again.
Why Africa? Because of one painting I stared at for three months – it hung beside my bed and seemed to whisper softly: Erika, go there.
I traveled through Berber and local villages, and oh, how much I saw – a guaranteed cultural shock. I slept under the stars in the desert, pedaled through the wind along the Atlantic coast and Atlas Mountains, and battled myself – between chaos and calm. A true inner expedition.
There were moments when I had nothing to eat. Moments when I had nothing to drink. Even sometimes, no place to sleep.
And the sun… In the desert, it was merciless – burning my skin, my head, my thoughts.
I met amazing people – those who helped, hugged, offered food, opened doors. But there was also the other side – harsh looks, tense moments, unpleasant encounters. That’s the road – raw, unfiltered.
And thank you to my bike. You endured everything: heat, sand, mountains, hundreds of kilometers, even when I was exhausted – you kept going.
This was one of the most uncomfortable trips – traveling during Ramadan.
Sometimes I lost, sometimes I won. But everywhere – I lived.

The Rhine journey
Alone. By kayak. 21 days. Over 1000 km.
The first week – the week of locks. Each one took not just time, but strength. It was the most physically demanding part of the journey.
The second week – the week of rain. It rained almost every day. It was wet, cold, slippery. Clothes never really dried, and emotions started to waver. This was the hardest week mentally.
The third week – the week of sun. Finally, warmth – or so I thought. But the sun hit hard. I got heatstroke, and from that moment, finishing the journey became a real struggle. My body resisted, but my mind kept pulling me forward.
I lost a lot of energy throughout this journey. But somehow, I kept finding ways to recover. Sometimes it was riverside coffee. Sometimes music. And sometimes – just the quiet, firm rhythm of “one more paddle, and one more.” And still – I made it. The river turned out to be nothing like I imagined.
This journey was incredibly beautiful, and unbelievably hard.
